The UNICEF UK Baby Friendly Initiative and the Department of Health have published this leaflet to help health professionals to implement the Baby Friendly best practice standards.
The leaflet is a teaching aid for health professionals when discussing the benefits and management of breastfeeding with pregnant women, and when teaching new mothers how to breastfeed.
